The Pats jumped out to a 3-0 first period lead on goals by Jordan Weal, Brett Leffler and Garrett Mitchell. It was all the offense the Queen City Kids would need, but they didn't stop there.
Second period goals by Jordan Eberle, Weal, Colten Teubert and Mitchell again staked the Pats to an improbable 7-0 lead.
All that was left was to preserve the shutout for Pats goalie Dawson Guhle, but Tri-City's Sergie Drozd spoiled that at 10:10 of the third.
It was the Ams' first home loss all season, but you can't say they didn't have their chances. They went 0/9 on the powerplay while the Pats were 4/5.
It was the Pats' 3rd straight win and upped their record to 13-11-3-0. They visit the Seattle Thunderbirds Tuesday night at 9:00 on 620 CKRM.

That was the best offensive/defensive display I've seen from the Pats this year. WOW.
Keep up the good work guys. Great coaching as well Curtis. Could see you fingerprint all over that defense.
