This will be the first and only time this season that the Regina Pats and the Seattle Thunderbirds will meet this season. In their only meeting in Regina season last season, the Seattle Thunderbirds came away from the ‘Dome with the 5-3 win. T-Bird defenceman Thomas Hickey was fantastic yet again by picking up a pair of goals. For the blue and white, it was Jordan Eberle with a goal and a helper, while Jordan Weal had a pair of assists.
The two met once last season in the Emerald City, with the Pats winning in overtime 3-2. Troy Ofukany scored the winner in extra time, while Linden Rowat stopped 36 of 38 T-Bird shots.

Defensive Scoring:3 of the Pats top ten scorers man the Pats blue line with Brandon Davidson leading the way with 21 points, while Colten Teubert has 20 points; while Cody Carlson has 15 points.
NHL Central Scouting: Last week, NHL Central Scouting Bureau (CSB) announced their fall rankings for the CHL, and there were 2 Regina Pats in the top 25 in the WHL. Jordan Weal was the 10th ranked skater, while defenceman, Brandon Davidson was the 22nd ranked skater.
Team WHL Captains: Jordan Eberle and Colten Teubert were both named to play for team WHL at the Subway Super Series on November 25th in Victoria, B.C. earlier this week, Colten Teubert was named captain of Team WHL, while Jordan Eberle was named an assistant. The Pats were without both players for their game in Portland last night and in Seattle on tonight.
